At Tees by Scratch, we take pride in crafting high-quality streetwear designed for comfort and style. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we've made our exchange and refund process simple and straightforward.

Exchange Policy – Size Issues Only

We want your T-shirt to fit perfectly. If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help.

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only available for size-related issues
  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

How It Works:

  • Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we'll ship the correct size at no extra cost
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative or store credit

Refund Policy – Damaged or Defective Products Only

We stand by the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we've got you covered.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds apply only if the product arrives damaged or defective
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the defect

How It Works:

  • Once verified, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons other than size issues or product defects
  • Once an order is processed/shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible
  • Every product undergoes quality checks before shipping, but if there's a genuine issue, we're happy to assist
